I saw the movie and noticed Twily's outfit was different in the episode but I know why they did it. If she had long PJ'S you couldn't tell she had knee and elbow joints. MH can get away with not having the joints visible because joints are standard on MH but they aren't on the EQG dolls and if people couldn't see them they would assume the dolls had the usual unjointed sticks and skip them.

The "dead tired" equestria girl dolls are pretty cute- I kind of hope they come out with all of them so that I can have a set of dolls that ALL have feet AND joints and can ditch the rest.

I was thinking they shortened Twilight's sleepy clothes to save on fabric, but maybe it was to show off her joints...
Too bad I don't really love "sleep-over" theme dolls, but the cute pets and joints/feets are definitely too much to resist.  I hope they at least make Rarity !!!  She seems to be a popular EQ doll pick, so I do have some hope they will...

My preference would be for the next two sleepover dolls to be Rarity so hopefully we get Opal and Applejack simply because we don't have a jointed AJ at all.

I love the Sapphire Shores doll and the clothes that the new pinkie is wearing, i'm just annoyed that they don't have articulation and are still using those weird hands :/

Wow, Saphire Shores now? I do love her hair, but I will be honest, I would have hoped she'd have a much darker skin tone.  The lack of appeal for the weirdo hands and lack of articulation goes without saying.

I really wish we could have gotten a Sapphire Shores pony first, but oh well.  Anyway, I LOVE that doll!  SS's face is super pretty.  I really don't give a flying hoot about articulation (never understood the obsession, myself).  I'll definitely be picking her up as soon as I find her!

I hope they finally do a jointed AJ...I've wanted her with proper joints, hands and feet for sooooo long! Maybe they can re-release Zecora in proper jointed form as well!
