How do you like to dress?

What kind of clothes do you like to wear? Do you have any favorite shops or brands? Any particular styles or colors that you tend to stick too?

I like sweet little dresses, with puffy skirts and tight fitting tops or blouses. I also adore cute cardigans or jumpers and anything with a peter pan collar. I always wear ballet flats or my white floral doc martins, Im very fond of flowers and things printed with woodland creatures. Colors I like best are rosy or dusky pinks, cream, white, brown and green. But I also ahve some blue and peach stuff.

How I dress and how I would like to dress are two different things.  I am horrible. I lay around in PJs all day, I wear my work uniform while traveling, and I wear sweats. I would like to dress all 60's mod style if I could.

Since I rarely ever leave my apartment, the only times I do go out, I'm either in jeans and a t-shirt, or sweat-pants and a t-shirt.  I know that's a huge "fashion no-no", but I really couldn't care less how I look to other people.

I love bright colors, like turquoise, corals, magentas and kelly greens.  My favorite neutral is navy.  I tend to be more "preppy" - in the winter I wear a lot of cardigans with skinny jeans and boots, then in the warmer months I wear a lot of maxi skirts, maxi dresses, crops, and sparkly sandals.  I like my fabrics to be cotton or of some cotton/spandex blend for stretchiness - I have four kiddos, so comfort in my clothes is key!

But there are days (like right now actually) that I spend a lot of time in my jammies at home because I'm catching up on housework.  And one of my daughters stayed home from school today because of a fever, so it's a lazy day too.

Jeans and T-Shirt/tank top

Mostly a T-shirt, jeans and a hoodie For shoes, mostly my Pumas that I have in Black/White, Brown/cream and yellow/mustard. I also will use different types of cardigans, like a thin cotton one for spring/summer. I use a wide array of colors. In summer, I will also often use tank tops, capri jeans or cotton pants and some flat or low heeled sandals. I very rarely wear shorts since I think my thighs are too big

If I'm going out to something requiring me to be a bit better dressed, I'll go with a nice top, dark or light jeans depending on the season or nice pants and then a pair of high heels or nice low-heeled shoes, depending on my mood. A cardigan to top things off. On occasion I have used skirts but it isn't that often I also have some cute summer dresses I'll use if the weather allows for it but will use tights underneath if it's a bit chilly.

For accessories, I often use scarves and will sometimes wear a hat if I'm outdoors, mostly sequined berets, fedora or a cap (not a sports one).

I have had nice dresses on if it's a very fancy party like a big wedding anniversary, birthday or the like

Jeans and t-shirts, loosely fit but still made for my body shape and the shirts to have no design other than stripes sometimes. Slip on shoes.

90% of the time I'm wearing a wrestling shirt and either jeans or jean shorts depending on the weather. I always have interesting socks on though. I'm wearing Tetris socks at the moment

How I actually dress: Loose fitting t-shirts and jeans. 
How I would like to dress: Sundresses! Pastels and flowy lace! Skirts + OTK socks! Long sleeve light loose fitting tops + short shorts! One or two goth outfits... I want to dress tons more feminine than I actually do.

I really want to lose weight so I can dress like that.
