oo i am so late to the party here but i might join anyways.. i just need to find my fakies.. they seem to be hiding atm..
i have some new technical paints that need testing so this would be a great way to do that hehe
tomorrow if i find those imposter ponies i will post a before pic and then work on it.. a non hasbro one first then if i end up having time or an idea for one a hasbro mold fake hehe

I've got quite a bit of sculpting done this weekend, if I can finish sculpting today I might still have a chance! Too bad I'll be away next weekend so either I need to finish early or take the pony with me. Let's see... It would be a real shame to drop out now so I'm doing my best to get my pony done in time!

I think I'm the queen of procrastination...  I've had my fakies prepped for the last 3 weeks & just started working on my hasbro one yesterday. At least she's rehaired, so I'll be starting some sculpting today & hopefully painting tomorrow/Tuesday. I still have no idea what I'm doing with the other one though.

still going slow, but this weekend at least I made some progress: yesterday I finished my fakie's tail and made plugs in her head, and today I gave her a new mane too. I might redo some plugs later (many people do too much hair for their first rehair, it seems I'm the opposite: I don't dare adding too much hair per plug, and I end up with not enough -.- I had to redo many plugs in the tail for this reason), but for now I'm OK with it.
now a pair of new eyes and symbols, and she's done. I'm not sure I'll finish her in time (dang month-end weekdays are coming, and I won't be home the next weekend), but I'll try to.

do you see those hairs sticking out of her head straight up? that's how all the hair looks when it's not tucked in between her legs. at the moment she's a little punk girl the hair's very stiff (it used to be hair extensions I found in Claire's, nothing of high quality), so I'm afraid it will be difficult to style. we'll see.

I have been highly procrastinating, and gotten no farther than the original base coat...which doesn't even fully cover said pony.  >.>  but she is a pretty shade of Leaf Green! 

Will start doing a bit more work on her tonight xD
