UK - US lullabye nursery question

So a couple days ago I won a auction that had this nursery with box and elastic with about 60 ponies and a show stable. I was like "yippe, I can finally have a complete nursery with box and sell my other one. So went through everything with my other nursery as a reference, about to put in the box when the something didn't look right. "What is baby lemondrop doing in the swing, she's UK". Closer inspection box says made in west Germany.  How in the world did i end up with a UK lullabye nursery?
So here is my question, is it complete minus the snugfit diaper box? Did the UK version come with the blocks shown (look the same as on the box) and the pink elastic ( yes that is a true mlp elastic compared to my MIB baby buggy but its not listed or pictured on the box).

Here is my other one complete minus elastic ( kid ran off with the towel on taking the picture). I don't need two nurserys, heck I can barely make room for the one. So price check please.  No breaks or cracks, tabs are whole. It will come with a puffy sticker and normal tiddlywinks not BBE.

One more oddity is that the pony powder bottle,  has no wording

Like the US we got the Lullabye Nursery several repeat years in Europe - and each release was a little different. However in the main if you want the Euro/UK accessories the main differences are - the powder bottle you already have, the rattle should be a reverse of colour [white on the bottom and yellow on the top], the UK blue & white nappy box and the nursery blocks are also flat on each side with printed letters/numbers not engraved blocks.

So what I have is a mix of US and UK? Did UK ever get released with the engraved blocks?

Yes - like the US we got several years with this set. Initially the release was identical and then over the course of years various items were switched out. We had the Nursery after it stopped its run in the US. So its most likely when items could not be sourced from the previous factory, Hasbro Germany had to source replacements and hence why we get the previously mentioned items.

Although the item says Made in W Germany. It wasnt really - it was complied in W Germany the vast majority of items would still have been made in Hong Kong.
