Wow losing one doll in the mail is awful losing two is just plain scary.

I think I waited around 4 months for my 5Star Emma. I'm glad I did she has been worth the wait!!

I bought my LoongSoul Centaur Addie on January 2, so I'm 3 months into a 10-month wait.  :yikes:  But payment 4 of 6 will process on Thursday, so I'll be 2/3 paid!  I think it will be harder to wait once she's 100% paid and I'm still waiting for another 4 months.  I had a hard enough time waiting 3 months for my tan Fairyland dollies!  And the tan Pong my mom ordered me in December for the Puki event just arrived today, so that was a pretty long wait too.  But I have 2 dolls and a head waiting for faces right now, so I'll be occupying myself by stalking my favorite artists and working on their facelessness until my centaur is in.

The most I've waited was almost a year? There are two times that really stick out to me. One was a Dream of Doll order waaaaaay back when they first introduced their mature mini body... During that time they had an overflow of orders and it was madness. The other was when AiDolls/CustomHouse started going downhill and doing all sorts of crazy sales, and the quality suffered leaving many unhappy. I don't know if everyone got their dolls afterwards, but I was relieved when my Odree arrived with a perfect face-up and no noticeable defects. >_>;

  Wow!! The stories!!! Moonhawke, my heart goes with you!!!! :yikes:

I'm going on five months for my event Eudora from DZ. I can now see why certain people only buy from folks who have the dollies on hand. :P

  Still, I dunno why but knowing that other people have waited much longer (and survived) makes me feel better. LOL

  Zenna, you really dived right in to the BJDs, eh? :lmao: And I thought I had it bad!!
