Found these guys at the thrift store - what the heck are they?

Those ponies came with a G3 book that had Welcome to ponyville on the front of the book. In the back of that book there was a bunch of figures and a mat. There was also other pony figures that came with them such as Starsong, Sweetie-Bell, Cheerilee, and Toola-Roola. Here is a link to pictures of the book.
