Feelin the Ante love!!  Mine will be coming home next week! Im so excited, she was really the doll that pushed me over the edge and threw me into collecting. It feels so right finally having her come home.

I'm excited because I think, fingers crossed, I may finally have sold my MSD. I'm ready for her to go to a new home, and ready to have some money!

Oh wow, I love those mermaids!

I finally got a couple of pictures of my new Carousel doll!  I think she is so gorgeous.  I made her some "clothes" out of a translucent-ish ribbon that seemed to match, so she could be more modest in her photos.

Isn't she pretty? Not sure the ribbon clothes work, but finding something that looks nice, that doesn't interfere with her design, was a bit challenging.  I'm also having a VERY difficult time restyling her wig. I combed out the knots and recurled her hair with pipe-cleaners, but it just doesn't look quite right for some reason.  Mohair is so hard to work with...

Thanks!  I think she is lovely too-  she seems to have yellowed quite a lot with age, but I still think she's gorgeous. I'm going to be trying to make her a Carousel horse (Breyer) to ride on next, we'll see how that goes
