I would have bought them on the spot. I've promised myself no more MOC G1s but to see them in person I wouldn't have been able to resist. I think I'd just love to wander through that store too, it'd be like burning a hole in my wallet though lol

Wow, that's so cool that you saw MOC G1s!  I'm not super into MOCs, but I would have totally  bought the Wind Whistler just because I love her!

It might happen, I may go back after vacay if they are still there and if no one else has requested I pick them up for them. But like I said, they *will* be decarded, so I'm just giving MOC collectors an opportunity to get them before I do lol.

Instead of spending that amount of money to decard them, you'd do better buying them, ebaying them at cost and then using the money you make to buy a really minty loose pony with all accessories and still have cash left over for chocolate at the end of it Either that or trading them for a bunch of really minty loose ponies that you really want.

$70-$80 seems a pretty fair price for them MOC but as soon as they're off the card then they're probably only worth $20 which means you'll have wasted your money. Spending $80 on a loose Paradise, even in mint condition with card...is a tad extreme. She's not that rare a pony.

I think it's awesome there are still places where MOC ponies appear, though. Thank you for sharing your pictures xD. I have dreams like that sometimes, so it's nice to know that somewhere in the world it really happens.

I agree with Taffeta, and usually I'm kinda do what you want with your ponies but the potential for you to actually make a profit from this situation is much higher than if you decard MOC G1's...I just find it odd that people want to decard ponies they could sell for more money or trade for things they actually do really want.

If I was in your position, I would have bought them but I would have first asked if the seller would be willing to do a better deal if I bought all of them. Frankly it can't hurt to ask if they would sell them for less if you bought all of them...but that's just me. I would save them and trade either for ponies I don't have or someone who really does want MOC ponies would want them...

so it just seems a waste to discard them considering the potential you have to get ponies you are actually looking for. Consider it an investment...and usually investment only works out if you are willing to be in it long term.

Yes it would not hurt to ask to see if they would give you a deal to buy all of them. And I would never spend that much money on a pony and then take it off the card. There goes all the value or at least some of it. Man I would of fell over if I would of came along them!

I hope some one saves them and does not take them off the card. Theses ponies are getting harder and harder to find.

You guys, I was mostly joking about buying and decarding them, lol. I don't have the money to do that! I didn't know that Paradise wasn't a rare pony though, because I don't see her around much, much less in good condition because she's a white pony. I'm not into turning a profit out of these either, I really just want to pick them up for someone at cost, lol. I might see if I can get a deal on all of them- that's a good idea! Thanks for the tips, everyone, hopefully when I come back from my trip they will still be there. I've managed to place one for another user on hold for now

Um, possibly you misunderstand my use of the word profit.

Profit does not always mean money, when I say profit, you could trade them, as in it would get you something you want, as in you benefit (profit) from the exchange.
