My Pretty Pony - need help with my new baby?

So, I won an auction with a pink My Pretty Pony, and she is so darling!  But I don't quite know what do do to clean her up, add a tail, repair her right eye (her ears and left eye wiggle, but her right one doesn't move), as well as wash her mane and get it looking pretty again.  She actually has the entire mane, it just doesn't quite look like it in the photo.  >.<

The right eye is not supposed to move, she just winks.

All of mine have required straightening/flat iron treatment to really improve their hair. It has worked well.

I am not sure if there is a way to replace their tail without opening them. I know a few people here have re-haired them so hopefully someone will have an answer. I have a bait that I need to take apart one of these days...

I know there is a way to fix them but you have to be super careful about it.

well i ahd htis quesiton too becuase in teh picture   of hte one i  won it looke horribly faded and it    looked liek it had a mane cut. i was told the only way to   fix the main is to open it up. thankfully mine was  ok and  i didint  have to go that route yours looks great ^^

Apart to customize
I'm getting my hands on one cheap soon
I asked her if it could be restored
She said taking it apart is hard
When she puts them back together at seams it requires opoxy and glue
So restoring isn't an option for the one I'm getting
Her customs are amazing
I was hoping for restore but customs by her are kool
Any ideas on what she should do for my new commission?
The one she just did for me was my Lemondrop

Her right eye isn't supposed to move- she winks her eye not blinks - I used to think both were supposed to move too until I read her instructions one time.

I took apart mine in order to fix the tail twitch mechanism. It's really fiddly and takes a lot of patience, but in the end it was not too bad.
