I read this WHOLE thread and love it! Hey, does anyone remember Silver Hawks? It was made by the same people as thundercats. the theme music was great! And the villain always transformed into this scary other villain and they fought in outer space!

Yes I remember this show. I also remember the pilot for Darkstalkers if anyone ever seen those ones.  Buckey O'Hare anyone?

Yeeeeeeees. My absolute favorite show when I was younger. Even if it was just 13 episodes.
I still have my action figures of Bucky and crew. I kind of want to see if I can collect the rest someday, they need a Toadborg to battle.

I ADORE Pirates of Dark Water! I'm currently rewatching it, and like so many others I am so annoyed it never got an ending :(

Other shows I watched and loved that are a bit obscure:

The Silver Brumby - it was on Saturday mornings when I was young! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B74hK9BOFk8

Gogs - these guys made me laugh!

Pingu

Plasmo

Henry's Cat- why does no one ever remember Henry's cat? None of my friends seem to remember him :( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zIEVTGUIfxU

Bangers and Mash - These guys were so silly I loved them to bits! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qgjd8UNhMtk

Tabaluga

Dinosaucers

Super Ted

Banana Man - this was so goofy!

The Trap Door - 'cause there's something down there!

Funnybones - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RZYsUOZmRwM

The Animals of Farthing Wood - I loved this! It had sad moments, but it is awesome! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sPz1Zy98bJw

I almost forgot a few more recent ones too! Both of these series ended with MAJOR cliff hangers and sadly I don't think will be getting further seasons :( :( :(

- Storm Hawks - I've started collecting the action figures :P I also just finished rewatching this and I am so mad that Disney took it over then never delivered on that third season that was supposed to air in 2011 (it was confirmed, but it got pushed back then never happened)

- Skyland -  I just finished rewatching this, I loved it as a teen I wish it got a second season :(

I love cartoons, I prefer animated tv shows and movies over live action. I'm 27 and I love kids shows! I'm just like a big kid :P :D

Obscure?
Movie: Scruffy
TV: The Littl' Bits

SCRUFFY?! Are you talking about the one with a mommy dog and her pup and she has to save it from a fire? lol That's all I can remember from that but my mom told me I used to watch all the time and it drove her nuts haha

As for an obscure show...this was sort of out my childhood times but I used watch this show called Xuxa with my little brother. It was kind of an odd variety show of sorts, and I always got the impression that she just really didn't care for kids too much.

Not sure if it's obscure as it was out when I was a teen, it's called Planet Sketch. I particularly loved the Ninja Handyman sketches and the sketches involving the street rappers XD So much silly!

Loved that show! Couldn't get myself to care for the remake though.

btw - the links I posted are from a website called retrojunk.  if you check out the links on the pages posted, you may be able to see the opening credits, etc.

pretty cool site.  I love going through the 80s commercials and remembering TV as a kid :)

I was actually forbidden to watch Biker Mice From Mars (and Smurfs, as a side note) because my parents saw an episode and decided the way they treated the single girl character was too sexist. Which, as reasons to ban a kid from a show, aren't that bad.

I dunno how obscure these were, but these were my childhood shows:

http://www.retrojunk.com/content/child/description/page/4267/eerie-indiana/

http://www.retrojunk.com/content/child/description/page/4025/david-the-gnome/

http://www.retrojunk.com/content/child/description/page/40039/unico/

Incidentally, the first two were two of my favourite shows ever. And I own the Unico comic.

Right now I'm actually reading the book David the Gnome was based off of - a study of gnomes. It's really neat!

I don't know if anyone's mentioned it yet, but the Mighty Ducks cartoon? Duke L'Orange was a favourite of mine for some reason.

For some reason, I giggle every time i read/hear/say "Biker Mice From Mars". xD I know I watched a bit of the one that came out some years back, but i don't recall if i saw the original 90s show.

Hm, there was a movie called "Rock a Doodle" that I loved as a kid. It was really good!
I still like that movie! Goldie (I think that was her name - haven't watched it in a while) was my favorite character, and I can never forget the movie's opening song.
Thank you so much for the adoptable, Corona! :D
