Scandinavian NSS ponies - differences?

So here's what I've gathered from the info in this thread:
 
There were 14 Scandinavian ponies, but only 11 are identifiable as such. The ones with brown eyeliner are:

Hopscotch
Shady
Truly
Cupcake
Posey
Cherries Jubilee

and others have black eyeliner, but other distinctive features:

Gusty - glitter symbols, green eyes
Lickety Split - Magenta symbols, curly hair
Tootsie - White
Moondancer - Yellow
Powder - paler purple body colour.

is this right, or am I completely on the wrong track?

I remain unconvinced on the Powder to be honest - I don't think the colour is a deliberate thing.

The dark symbol Lickety, Posey and Cherries were not Scandinavia exclusive however but wider Euro released.

Yes there is an Italian version, but she's marked Italy and has metallic painted symbols.

HK White Tootsie is a little more complicated, as I have her both on UK card (though notably NOT sold in the UK - this is the one I think distributed in Scandinavia) and also Benelux card. At least I think that's what it is from memory... I would have to go double check.
