Dazzle Surprise is a G3 mail order exclusive.  I think you might be thinking of Stardazzle who is a Secret Surprise pony.

I got 37/40!!  On the one hand, I was hoping I'd do better.  On the other hand, there were a few educated guesses that I actually got right, so in the end I am more than my happy with my result, especially considering I haven't been as much of an avid collector these past few months. 

P.S. Great quiz, Shenanigans!  I really had fun taking it.
