Quick question about G3 Toboggan

Hi pony peoples! I just had a quick question, does anyone know if all G3 Toboggan's have hoof hearts? Did some not have them, and if not any reason why? I'm just curious, thanks!

Some didn't have them No reason other than the fact the non hoof heart versions were released when Hasbro stopped using the magnets.
