Wow.  Just putting "this is not a scam" doesn't make it less of a shady, scamming thing to do.

Holy crap someone is going to be real disappointed when they end up getting a printed picture in the mail and not a pony for that price :/ The listing is misleading/confusing however it does state that it is just a picture....these people bidding need to read the descriptions! Yikes!

and says it was uploaded by Stormy31685. I think they should be able to report the auction to ebay for stolen images.

Edited to add: The fact that they're not even selling their own picture is really icky

Something similar happened with a PS4, that person ended up getting their money back. Hopefully whoever wins this will either realize what is going on with the listing before paying or will file a case and get their money back. I went ahead and reported it for misleading title. Hopefully ebay will take it down.

Same with me I was stewing over it so I went to work out and was going to post it when I got back. But, at least it got posted. It's so sad. But, people really need to read the description. I even thought it was it then I clicked on it and read it I was going to get it just to have it on my wall for future then I saw who has it and I was like nope going to stay away from that shadiness!

This is just more examples of her scamming behavior. Like others have said people really need to read auctions before bidding. I recently had that problem on one of my auctions. They bid and a day later wanted to retract their bid because they finally read the auction that the item had a broken part. Well why do you think I'm selling it so cheap?

If Stormy reports it to Ebay they will most likely delete her listing, I have had this happen to me before on ebay and they take action pretty quick about copyright stuff.
