I sent her a message and she said she emailed an admin and mentioned all of the rude things people said about her and after that she was unable to view the page, that tells me one of them did get it and simply ignored her...and made it where she couldn't view the thread anymore. That seems pretty unfair to me, if I were an admin I would let her be able to post on here and defend herself but that's my opinion...

You are posting, so why are you not defending yourself now?

*sigh* It has been confirmed through a transaction you had here, that you are in fact her. So there is no denying it at this point in time. We don't just make wild accusations.  ;) So I suggest that you PM a Mod.

CONFIRMED SCAM! Member Scamming Through Ebay!

Really what transaction? Did I scam this person? Is asking a discount for an item a crime? No. If I did admit I was this person I would probably get banned again, without getting the truth about the "whole story" and saying that I lied when people on here lied too. But hey, all I want to do is buy some ponies....I'm such an awful person for wanting ponies, wether it's for me or someone else.

I posted a new topic explaining everything but I can't find it now, wouldn't be surprised if they deleted it

You did lie about buying items from...yourself, though. :/ That puts you at a disadvantage right from the start.

I wrote a post admitting I lied about that...you would see it if they hadn't deleted it, they keep wanting the truth, so I post the truth then they delete it...go figure!

You lied about a lot of things. It's hard to know what's the truth. You're best off to pm a mod like ponylady suggested. If they deleted your thread, it was for a reason. They don't delete threads willy-nilly.

There wasn't anything bad or offensive in it, it was just the truth but I give up...

I'm confused about your intentions. You state in your intro post that you are technopon-e on ebay, and yet post all of the above and try to lie about that? You didn't need to be a mod to figure that one out.

Trader support mods try to keep everything on one thread. The mods ALWAYS delete/merge multiple threads to avoid confusion, it isn't about you, it's what they do for everyone. It looks like yours got deleted, that happens sometimes. You weren't a victim here.

Just a tip - emotional blackmail is bad. *Most* of the population has had a close friend or relative affected by cancer, it's something guaranteed to get a reaction, be that a positive or a negative one. If it were me, I'd have left out that I were buying for someone else altogether, just made an offer and been done with it - but low-balling is rude, regardless of the reason, and you were going to get a reputation in the community regardless. Now you've been labelled a scammer, a low-baller and a liar to boot, and that could have been avoided by following ebay's ToS - no-one minded when you were being tough with the best offer function, or PM'ing lists of wanted ponies, but once you started dropping in offers on running auctions, and mentioning your niece (emotional blackmail), things went south, fast. You see? Ignorance of the rules is not an excuse, and you've learnt that the hard way.

I wish you the best in your future transactions, however I'm sorry to say I have you on my block list - I'm none too fond of liars, and that fact was proven with my own eyes.

She had edited it after I tried to get her to tell the truth.
