Video Blogging AKA "Vlogging"

I'm thinking of starting a video blog on youtube. Lots of ponies, dollies, fast cars, Zumba fitness, and all the stuff in between! I have a decent camera and I'm looking into getting a external mic and some decent lights for my studio. I also need to look into an easy video editing program. I'd love any advice anyone has for me.

I sometimes watch Adam the Woo and Graveyard Girl on Youtube. It just depends on if I'm bored.

I'm not interesting enough to vlog myself.

  What kind of vlogs do they post? Anything in particular or just random stuff? Currently the only vlogs I watch are mostly beauty related; I don't have cable TV, so this is how I keep up with the latest fashion trends!  
  I do adore 'Wong Fu Weekends' which is a kind of behind-the-scenes vlog of my favorite Asian Youtubers "Wong Fu." They are just funny guys. I like funny.

I don't have one but I've been watching paperlillies for quite some time, I first found her when I was looking up some sort of makeup technique a few years ago. Paperlillies is mostly beauty related (application techniques, special effects, product reviews/recommendations), she also posts a variety of random things too

I would for sure check yours out once you have it all set up

Thanks for the comments on who you guys watch! And for the encouragement! I'm really looking forward to it! I'll definitely be checking out the youtubers that you guys have mentioned!! I watch thatsheart and macbby11 for my fashion news. They are both just adorable! When I start vlogging I'll have to give a shout out to Heart for being my biggest inspiration.


  I'd love to find someone who vlogs about ponies, dolls or just collecting in general. Hollar if ya'll have ever come across anyone who posts those kinds of videos!!

I have been watching CTFxC for just over a year, they do daily Volgs of their day to day lives.
It's Charles Trippy (He also plays the bass for 'We the kings'), His wife Alli and their two dogs Zoey and Marley.

The year before last Charles started having random seizures and they found out he had a brain tumor. He had it operated on and everything was going fine till last year when he started having seizures again,  he had to have another surgery(this time actually filming inside the operating room!!) This time recovery was slow because it was a more intense surgery and he had trouble with movement in his left hand.

When the results from the tumor came back they found out it was cancerous. He is now going through chemotherapy and that's where they are today. here is the link

I also watch 'Thecrazyponylady' who does reviews of MLP toys etc and the shaytards who have been doing daily vlogs for 5 years. At the end of last year they had their fifth child. Shay is also best friends with Charles Trippy.

I'm a huge fan of CTFXC, too.  I'm hoping to see We the Kings in concert when they come to MI in March if all goes well.  I also watch SMPfilms, Katersoneseven, Braindeadhooligans, Danny Duncan (the drummer for We the Kings), and Shaytards.  Like Shaytards, all of them know and are friends with Charles, too.  A while back Charles cried and I almost cried, too.

I admire his strength.  Inside he has to be scared to death!  I've noticed in his resent Facebook photos that the chemo is making him pretty skinny.    I just hope he can beat this!
