I'll Fly Away - time to discuss G1 pegasus poses

I voted for Surprise.

Thats a toughie! I like them all   I picked Firefly (love that rearing pose like they are just about to take off  and fly!   ) and Whizzer pose - I originally didnt think I'd like it much til I bought Wind Whistler and then I just fell in love with the cuteness!

Favorite Pegasus pose.... Baby Firefly!

Out of the ones here Surprise wins, followed by Firefly.
Lofty's neck is too thick, Dancing Butterfies' too deformed and Whizzer is ok but would've come 3rd in my eyes.

I voted for Firefly and Surprise because those just strike me as classic (and because those were also the only two for which I could guess which poses the names referred to before even looking at the images).

For my number one, I went with Whizzer, but I did so for a reason that nobody's mentioned yet. When I first saw it, I was immediately reminded of Michael Jackson.

Tell me you don't see the similarities! It's a pose so ridiculous, it has to be awesome. That being said, all of the poses have their own strengths, which rendered it difficult to decide on a number two. I ultimately picked the crowd favorite Surprise, because the appeal of the meek cuteness is quite plain to see.
All in all, I now anticipate one day getting a MJ pony of my very own!

My favorite is and has always been the Surprise pose though that could possibly be because Mommy and Baby Surprise were the first Pegasus ponies I owned.

surprise & lofty poses for me.
surprise cos its such an adorable pose, and lofty pose cos that's the pose sweet-pop comes in and she's my army pony!

but alas!!  I hear you cry... don't you like the firefly pose cos that's what medley was made in and you've got her all over your sig & avatar...  well - I do like the pony, but i'm not overly fussed with the pose, I much prefer to see medley in the argie paseo pose

My other half and I were laughing about this when the poll came up, he always calls Wind Whistler the MJ pony!! I love this pose for this exact reason
