Artist Needle Felted Flutterbat (Fluttershy Bat)

I hope I am posting this in the right area, I haven't logged on to this site since 2010!

After the latest episode of MLP FIM I immediately began needle felting a flutterbat. I am a Fluttershy addict so I could not resist! I had so much fun making her I wanted to show her off!

She is made from Pacific Northwest wool roving and needle felted entirely by me, the Artist Sara VanOrden of Out of the Orden-ary. I felted her with a single needle (no pre-felted pieces are ever used). She is approximately 3.25 inches tall and 5.25 inches long.

I completely needle felted her; mane, tail,  cutie mark, eyes, and all (except her fangs which are hand sculpted from polymer clay). She will even arrive to her new home with her needle felted apple straight from Sweet Apple Acres! I hope you find her as charming as I do!

Eek, spoilers! I have not seen the latest episode yet!    JK, but you made me curious. ^^ This is so adorable, I love the way you've done her hair and I can't believe you've felted the eyes too, very impressive!
