Yay, moths!

I'm mostly okay with whatever kind of wing... the only thing I'm hesitant about are real animal parts; feathers, insect wings, etc. I don't think they'd hold up very well and feathers might be too tempting to my cats

Air dry clay, oven bake clay, and wire mesh.  I'm not assuming to know what my partner will want, just looking ahead and prepping some ideas.

The only type of wings I'm not overly fond of are wings made of actual feathers.  All others are awesome, especially butterfly wings and sculpted feather wings

Also, I know I said it in my form, but when it comes to fairies, I don't like the look of "slap some butterfly wings on it and call it a fairy".  I'm not a huge fan of butterfly wings in the first place

^ This mostly. I don't think I'd have trouble keeping feathers away from our cats. They just get super dusty and flake off randomly.   I also don't like the thought of ponies massacring creatures for their wings...

And I also like fantasmical things like fairy dragons. That are nature attuned and look like sprites.

Moths are capricious like that- it's one of the things that makes them so lovable LOL

As far as wings- I'm okay with whatever my partner wants to do.  I like moths and butterflies so a pony with butterfly wings would be a-ok with me as long as they aren't real.  I'd prefer not to have real animal parts in general.  Real wings would be way too delicate and kinda sorta creepy.  Sculpted wings, pre-made wings, or painted scenes of winged things on the pony are all great. 

Moths are my favorite thing with wings because they're one of my favorite animals, but I also other winged animals like birds (Indigo Bunting is my favorite followed by kingfishers, owls, loons, purple martins, barn swallows... okay I like all birds.  Too many to list!), dragonflies and damselflies and butterflies (Karner Blue is my favorite butterfly). 

I also like nature sprites, flower fairies, the moth dragons are awesome too!  So the pony doesn't have to be based only on a real animal- it could be a nature sprite with aspects of a real animal for example.
