I just made a G4 purple unicorn bait out of a small Luna. Apparently the wings can be cut and sanded off.

I saw your thread with the picture of the pony you baited.  I'm happy if you're happy, but personally I'm more comfortable doing my full body repaints than playing surgeon.  I get more control over the colours and I can get common ponies for much cheaper.
To this day I sometimes feel guilt over the two Blossomforths I'd baited, even though I'd prepped them back when they were on shelves for cheap and both had cosmetic flaws.
