Marlin that's pretty funny and cute. I am sure you can come up with something to appease her. How about that you dress up as a dragon and pop out when she's opening gifts

oh my goodness I am not alone!  seriously, my oldest daughter (9) who has a python and bearded dragons asked if santa could bring her a real winged variety this year... so I told her  1) she knows santa only approves of pets if the parents are ok with pets and we have enough pets ( also have a house rabbit, and 3 cats = we are a zoo as it is) and 2) that since there are so few left up in the Carpathian mountains it would not be wise to take them from the wild and raise them as pets

than of course she asked for a real pokemon but I told her that they don't exist for real in our dimension - only as plushies and plastic and on DVDs and in games.

somehow I get the feeling I might be being tested at this point but it's all good ;-) best of luck but I think you should at least point out that maintaining insurance might be a problem given the fire hazard ;-)

Ha! I used to ask for real Dragons and Godzilla (like not toys.. actual Godzilla) all the time when I was younger. I just got stuffed ones

I know theres this really cool realisitc 3ft tall stuffed dragon a yound child can sit on, but its pretty pricy.

Darn. I thought it was going to be "I want a real pony!" Apparently kids dream bigger nowadays. All the franchises these days with dragons in them aren't helping things!
