Is Party Time really that hard to find without regrind?  I just checked my childhood Party Time and saw one spot that is slightly more pink, slightly less orange that shows up better with the camera flash.  Is most regrind really that light?  I feel like I'll have to double check all my other ponies now.

While not terribly popular, I've had a hard time finding minty Magic Message and Dance 'n Prance ponies. Some kids thought the magic message symbol was a scratch 'n sniff, so it got wrecked. They do not stand the test of time very well either. And that Cloud Dreamer... that shade of pink.. forget it, seriously, it's Gonna pop out spots I'd put money on it.  :(

The plastic around the tails of dance 'n prance splits and breaks easily (then hair tangles around the tail) and so many have their rear legs bent. Their mechanism does not last as long, or work as well as the happy tails ponies.  :lookround:

I'd also say Majesty is Vhtf in minty condition. The combination of being white and having a glitter symbol puts the odd against her. I've never found one in 17 years that came close my childhood one that I never played with.

Oh good point! Cloud Dreamer is a terrible pony to find without regrind!

I can't even find a Cloud Dreamer with a decent symbol and now I find out she's prone to regrind? :faint:

You know I've never out of all the Cool Breezes I've had spotted one with issues.  I will say almost all the Sky Dancer's I've had seemed to have somethign going on and typically regrind.

I have a Cloud Puff I need to rehair someday that her whole body is almost completely gone through the regrind phase. SHe's actually kinda cute all hot bright pink. :P

Yes she is unfortunately :( And alas that is regrind. Under a black light you will be surprised by how many of those spots she may have. Because she is such a bright orange, the pink colour is not always as apparent.
Thank you Matcha for my gorgeous Baby Fifi avi

I just found the most perfect Sky dancer with NO head/body mismatch, no regrind, perfect symbols, the most lovely eyes i've ever seen, perfect hair...and mousey nibbles to the edges on one hoof  -_-

In my experience: Chief, Party Time, Cloud Puff, SW Buzzer.
But in all my years of buying and trading ponies, there is one pony that has almost never had a single flaw on her - Dancing Butterflies. Not sure if I just lucked out or if she's just too pretty for kids to rough up!

For me, Confetti. I have never seen her white but more of a cream color.

Every Glory i've ever seen has either weird orange spots on her, tail rust, or a really faded symbol. Sad.
There is always another rainbow, somewhere 'round the bend
