Its because they have been released in 2 waves rather than together. So the second wave is not hitting everywhere and in fact if the first box is not purchased out they may not carry it at all

I believe it's the first "wave" that is the one I've not seen since they came out! The one with Granny Smith on the bags, I think? I saw it in Hamleys yesterday, but I'm not paying £4 for a blind bag!! Most places that carry the blind bags have two or more boxes of the Gilda set

Close, but close is not enough for me! At leasy for blind bags, I sure as hell can't paint a miniscule little cutie mark. Besides, they could edit medley's cutie mark stamp and make Lightning's, and then name her Lightning Dazzle Shinebolt or whatever.

The clerk at Hot Topic told me I only needed to buy $5 more of merch to get some sort of special deal, so I grabbed two of these completely at random and got Double Rainbow Dash and Rainbow Cadence.  I was quite pleased.

Lol, prism glider is a wonder bolt I guess.

I was so upset the other day. I went to HT and they had these but every one was cut open on the back, then either stapled or had a sticker closing it again. I brought one to the register and asked if they had an unopened case and showed her the cut explaining that all of them in the bin were like that. The cashier was just like 'well you can feel them the guess which one it is' I said 'well you can tell what they are by the codes on the bottom. I'm afraid they will be mixed up'
She goes 'I assure you they're right. We have a pony fan here that wanted certain ones'
I told her I'd wait to see if they get another case in.
Urgh! So someone let that person cut them all open?! Some pony fan! No way she could guarantee they are right if they had no knowledge go the coding system.

they have not shown up near me yet, im in quebec canada.  i will keep an eye out.  they sell them here for 3.89 sometimes 2.99 if on special.

i really like the bag LOL so maybe i will buy one to have the packaging LOL

Spotted two full boxes of this wave at a Target in Alhambra, California. Unfortunately I'm waiting on my paycheck so I didn't buy any. I want Cadence and RD so bad!
