BABW sends them out to frequent customers. They normally send them out to people who haven't bought anything in a while. But sometimes I'll get one right after I make an order online.

The early Fluttershy ticket is for frequent shoppers. I think you have to be a member of our rewards program.

I got to build a Fluttershy today. Her hair is hella ratty. Both her tail and mane suffer from the issues Twilight's tail have. I think if you carefully condition it, it should be in okay shape. Otherwise she's super soft and cute!

Also! McDonald's is having a BABW promotion right now. If you get a Happy Meal (or just buy a "girl's toy") there is a $10 off of $30 coupon included so if you didn't get one from the email, you can do that. You can also get a free little t-shirt for your animal.

I haven't received any email about Fluttershy, but I never buy from BABW. I'll definitely go get a girls toy this weekend at Mickey D's so I can get that coupon and pray I am able to get a Fluttershy.

I haven't recieved an email either and I have bought multiple BABW ponies this year.  In fact I should be getting some rewards this month and I haven't gotten them yet either even though it is 2/3 rds of the way through the month.

I think it might be related to their "VIB" (if I'm remembering the name correctly) program, maybe? Or it might just be random.

Yeah, I'm not entirely sure how it works. My manager said frequent buyers who are part of the rewards program but maybe there is another catch to it.

Assuming it works like other coupons, you just print out the ticket and show them at the register. Fluttershy is kept behind the counter so you have to show them the ticket before you stuff her.

I just saw the email tonight which I guess I got yesterday. And OMG I am SOOOOOOOOOOO thrilled! I was NOT looking forward to fighting crowds on Black Friday. But this is just sooo awesome! (to quote Rainbow Dash,  )
I'll be getting her tomorrow, same day as the season premiere of Season 4! 

Since MLP came to BAB, I have bought 2 pinkie pies, rainbow dash, twilight and 2 spikes, plus all the outfits for all of them. Plus a few other accessories as well.
So yea maybe the most active members are considered VIB?

I didn't buy all of the ponies from them. I bought Pinkie at the fair party I buy a variety of other bears throughout the year and have been doing so for years
