I would most likely buy em both especially the Funko, and I know my boyfriend will be happy after the major disappointment of the Hasbro brushable
But what boggles my mind is that Hasbro has managed to make BB Chrysalis show accurate (which I still haven't found in stores) and they totally copped out on the brushable

I don't buy funko, am uninterested in them as a so called 'collectable' - I don't find their quality to be any better than a regular play like MLP by hasbro.

And the fact that they don't have brushable hair, boring IMO.

I dont have a beef with the one from the set..i thought she was lovely.. How often do you see a black pony any how.?
i think a large one of her would be awesome and release a king sombra too! she needs some lovin'!

Uhhh....I didn't see the talking part :s I hate it when my toys talk! (that's why I don't get any talking MLP toys), just give me the usual fashion style that's silent!

Eh, I just am not a huge Chrysalis fan.  I don't know why, I'm just not particularly fond of her.  If I wanted any version of her it would be the brushable, because she could go with my Nightmare Moon (who I much prefer!).  Anyway, I want some of the other ponies in the set she comes with.  I just can't see myself getting a talking one, or a Funko one.  I love my Funko Doctor Whooves and Muffin Pony, and I adore my Talking Cadance.  I just don't like Chrysalis much.

I like the one I've got pretty well, and I like that the blind bag sized one appears to have a nice bit of the ol' swiss cheese effect going on. But I certainly wouldn't mind more, especially if they also have said effect. (And the fangs!)

A Funko version would on both counts, I suspect, so I'd probably end up pouncing on it first, heh.

Yep yep. If they're going to go all out with a fashion style, this is a must. Especially the holes-- they would look even more ridiculous on a larger toy.

I already plan to get the favorites set and customize a Chrys, so unless the talking one really bowled me over, nah. Funko, definitely not.

With that said, could I suggest you edit one thread each day instead of making a new one? Kind of like the potd thread.
