Just sent my replacement card. I hope it actually makes it to my partner in a decent amount of time. Yesterday, I got a Christmas card from my grandmother dated the 16th! We are both in the US too. That shows you how slow the mail can be.

It's so awesome to see so many fun cards from around the world!  I need to scan in the notes on the international stamp to my recipients but that will have to wait until Monday when I have access to a scanner.

I just received my last card last night! I hope its replacement hadn't already been sent out. It was in my mailbox alongside a package that had been mailed back in June and marked as lost long ago, so I'm guessing the post office had some kind of cleaning project going on.

  Wow- the package from June is definitely scary   Are there a ton of cards missing?  How many of us were involved in the swap?

This makes me super sad as I didn't receive all my cards I hate to think of peoples hard work and time being shredded xx

Yeh, it is kinda sad. I am still waiting for one card to arrive. So I went down to the post and asked if by any chance they had any postcards laying around that might not have been delivered and might be mine. Then they told me that about undeliverable postcards. Mostly if they cant read the address either damaged or for whatever reason or cant return it to the address it was sent from they get shredded.
But then again like that package that showed up in June there have been letters and such to show up months/years later that were just lost or misplaced. That would be pretty crazy if years from now someone's missing postcard showed up.
