Not at all :)  At least I haven't had that problem.  They are all smooth, I think the resin finds a way in between most things I have tried sinking.

I do all my mixing pre-pour, so that goes for pigments, glitter, sequins, and sprinkles :)

Just test a little first.  Some sprinkles bleed color.  Also let the resin sit for at least 15 minutes so it will suspend the heavier stuff better :)
