First port of call would be insisting that TRU stock it at every. single. TRU. Not just in North America. EVERY. TRU. Exclusives are much more of a slap in the face when the store in question exists in your country but still the exclusives are only in NA.

Three repeats would be:

1. Minty
2. Luna, in show accurate colours (Either S1 or S2 as those seem to both be popular)
3. BlossomForth/Ploomette/Daisy Dreams

Four new ponies:

1. The Big One: King Sombre. He would likely be much easier and cheaper for Hasbro to produce than Discord and it keeps with their villains theme.
2. Daring Do (With a proper hat, please, none of this paper nonsense)
3. Big Mac
4. Babs Seed

Others I'd consider: Apple Fritter, Octavia, Thunderlane, Cloud Chaser, Lightning Dust, Spitfire, Soarin'.

I think my pegasi bias is showing...

I love these ideas, but some of you are not even trying to sticking to the Hasbro guidelines of a FIM Favorites pack, or this thread.

Makeup a theme for the FIM Favorites pack, or use one listed here, but the main thing is to get Hasbro's attention,
and make it affordable to both us and Hasbro.

Well, I think my Men of FIM could be done by adding two new head molds and nothing more, if they refused to actually make bat wings. So, they could just add a normal size, blun-nosed  version of the normal sized head, since most of the male ponies aren't any bigger than the females. That would give us the unicorn, pegasus and luna guards (though it might not be worth it for luna guards if they don't have bat wings) and RD's dad/brother. For Big Mac, they could just modify Shining Armor's head to be hornless. Sombra could just be in SA's mold. Alternatively, they could just use existing molds and SAY they're boys, like in G2.

I'll give another favorites pack going along more with your style, though I'd like to say I don't think repeats are really necessary--these are geared toward collectors, and anyone buying them probably already has the re-releases. If anything, the re-releases are probably inhibiting sales.

OKAY, HERE GOES! Next idea, no theme (so far, there has been no theme, beyond inclusion of bad guys).

Big villain--King Sombra (SA mold), same as last idea, because he's the only one remaining villain for whom we have a usable mold. This could be MUCH better if they would adjust the horn to be smooth and curved!!!!

4 new ponies in existing molds
-Spitfire--yellow pegasus--we already have plastic and mold
-Fleetfoot (female, right?)--again, plastic color and mold
-Prince Blueblood--SA is already practically there!
-Lightning Dust (so far, each set has had a half-bad character, like Trixie or Diamond Tiara)--RD mold + Lyra plastic = Lightning Dust

Re-releases
Crystal Wysteria (a different crystal pony would be better)
Princess Luna (crystal or FIM accurate would make this a happy release rather than an annoying one)

There, not as exciting as Men of FIM, but I would at least be excited to buy this set, and there's no new moulds or colors required. I hope you are happy! All my dreams are dead! :'(
