It -does- feel like Colloseum!  It's so cool!  Oh, Starfox!  Another blast from the Nintendo past!  I should have put that on my app, heh.  Loved that one!

I've been hearing that a lot, that the game is like colloseum. I loved that one and pokemon xd,but am on the fence about x and y. How close do you guys think it is to the likes of colloseum?

It's the way the battles are staged that remix D's me of Colloseum.  There is more action and better sound, too.  The rest of the game feels very much like the traditional game so far.  I'm only a few towns in, though.

Totally forgot about super smash but I love it xD so many hours lost to those games lol its great to have all ur fav characters in the one place also alot of amazing ponies could be made from thats games concept ;-)

never played super smash. mostly super Mario world and RPG type games. love turned based rpgs. mostly a Link to the Past and Lufia II. missed out on the earlier Final Fantasies, but I plan on eventually checking them out. got them all for the bf last Christmas but haven't gotten around to playing them myself yet.

Signups are now closed!  I'll be working on partner match-ups for a good portion of the day.  Get hype!

Also, there's been a bit of concern over the way a custom is put back together and shipped.  This is understandable, because if done improperly, a custom could arrive in pieces...  The main areas of concern are the type of glue used and the padding used in shipping.

I can't really offer too much in advice, but to tell of my experiences: 
As far as glue goes, I use Fabri-Tac almost exclusively.  It's never caused any problems as far as I know.  However, it dries super fast, so one has to work super fast...  I don't know much about other glues except for what little I've read; stuff like Krazy glue isn't good for gluing hair because it seeps through the holes and stuff like that. 

And for shipping, bubble wrap!  Plain, clear bubble wrap!  Colored stuff (again, from what I've read) is risky and might bleed, and newspaper is out of the question!  The ink from newspaper bleeds without fail!

I really don't have much else, and this may not even be helpful to anyone, but I did my best.  Just please glue smart and ship smart!

If I may add about the shipping thing, use packing peanuts too! A slightly larger box, peanuts and bubble wrap. But enough peanuts inside the box that the custom will not go anywhere.
