She really should be reported. She did bid on one of my auctions a few months ago and then she retracted it 5 minutes later. I just went in and changed all of my settings so she's officially blocked. I thought I had done that already, but apparently she was only blocked from bidding but she was still able to message.  Time Wasters

She sounds like shes a young teen with mommies credit card who buys without permission and then gets in trouble with mom.
