I can get you a High Plains Vivillion. I'd have to catch and level up a Scatterbug (unless you can trade it and it will still evolve into High Plains.)

I'd love one!  And you can trade scatterbug and just train it up.  I did this with a Polar scatterbug from someone else and it did evolve Polar.

I'm right there with you. I've got five gym badges, and that's so my Sylveon doesn't get uncontrollable. I've spent the majority of my time breeding pokemon to get the team I want built together. I've played through previous pokemon games so fast that I get bored with them after a few weeks, and I don't want that to happen with this game, too.

Of course, having other people to play with may be something to help keep my attention on it, and for that, I thank you all.

I started playing X on Wednesday I think. I haven't played far yet, even though I have been able to evolve my starter and second starter to their last evolutions. And Eevee, I have Sylveon now. Such a fun Pokémon.

I have ran into one shiny so far, a shiny Hoppip. Luckily I was able to catch him, it would have been shame if he had escaped/lost consciousness.

I don't know who my favorite gym leader is as I have only challenged two so far.

I am about to throw my DS across the room.  *grr* 

I either keep getting "This pokemon has already been traded."  Or I get an error and have to power off!!!

I traded the other day on it, so I don't know if it is just me or what.  I'm a little worried that my DS isn't working properly because of it.  :/

No, no! It's not your DS! I get this issue, too, and I think a lot of others on here get it. It's because you're essentially competing in real-time with everyone globally for pokemon, but the GTS doesn't take them down very fast. You'll likely have better luck depositing a pokemon and requesting the one you're after than you would just searching.

Serena (Blastoise) Lv 69
George (Talonflame) Lv 66
Vixen (Delphox) Lv 68

I've had most of them most of the way through the game except Lucario and Pokemon X which you get much later. But I picked Fennekin to start as I'm usually a fire type in the beginning (except in Pokemon Black in which I loved the final evolution of the grass type starter Serperior).

I'm also fond of dragons but now that a dragon can be taken down by a Jigglypuff I'm being very er...careful with dragons. I do have Blaziken but I put him/her away when I got Avalon.

I like the whole mega evolution thing but...it remind me of digimon and I can't help but draw comparison even though I haven't watched digimon for years. But when I saw the mega evolution bit in Pokemon in my mind I could here some kid going

'Greymon mega digivolve to metalgreymon' Yeh I'm that sad I remember the odd line ha plus i did really like Metalgreymon and Greymon

@wystearya - I have that problem too. Flarewing has it right though - It's normally a race to see who gets it first. Can't tell you how many times I've seen the 'traded' sentence since I've been searching for Vivillon patterns!

@Sandi - Ooh, congrats! A very nice shiny indeed
