I only intend to go to Lumiose for the PokeMiles guy in the south Pokemon Center there. Get a good deal of Ultra Balls from him compared to buying them from the Mart.  Unless it's for that or plot-related, i dont plan on visiting there.

Thanks, MilkyTaroMochi! I feel bad for people who don't find out about the glitch till they lost their game to it and have to check on the Internet to find out if anyone else had the same thing happen to them. I love the Gogoat service and the sleeping Skiddo on the sidewalk and want to enjoy them without being concerned about a stupid glitch.

First off, you need to make a Mii so that you can get a friend code. You don't have to actually do anything with the Mii other than that, I never mess with mine. On the home screen, there's a little orange smiley square at the top of the lower screen, and it opens your friend's list. Pull it up, and you'll see your Mii with your 12-digit Friend Code. Up on the top right of this screen, you'll see Register Friend, which then opens up to Local or Internet. For the latter, you have to be connected to the 'net, and punch in someone's FC. If they haven't added you, you put in a name that's temporarily used to identify them, and once they add you, that temp name goes away and your 3DS will use the name they used for their Mii.

Example: My Mii is named Flarewing. I added Wystearya earlier today, but she hadn't added me, and I typed in "wystearya" for her name. She added me this evening sometime, and just a moment ago when I opened my friend list, it announced her name had been changed to "Wystearya".

Oh my gosh! :O I just read about that glitch!! Scaryyy because I have been saving in the pokemon center of that city!! Im thankful my game didnt glitch, yikes!  I hope there is a way to fix it later on

I swore I wasn't getting X/Y because I don't like many of the Pokemon, but the more I look at the graphics and the gameplay, the cooler these games look. I doubt I'll be getting X until Nintendo provides a patch for that glitch, though. >__<

hopefully they patch it soon. I know there are some possible solutions to the glitch, goingby a few people. I'll get the link to the full glitch topic on GameFaqs in a second.
