My Unfezant was completely random. I was just training up some pokemon, and WOOP! There was suddenly a shiny Pidove. My eyes bugged out a little; I couldn't believe it. Sure was cute though!! Turned into a great team member too. I also had a shiny Graveler, evolved into a Golem. Hahaha, solid gold Golem!! It was our very first shiny, we didn't even know what they were then, but it was a sparkly golden pokemon, we were flipping out! But I have an Eeveelution team and still have a my Leafeon and Glaceon left... maybe it's time for a try at hatching a shiny.

I think Shiny Sylveon looks pretty (but I am a Sylveon fangirl,so that may be a bit biased, haha!).
I remember in Soul Silver, I ran into a Shiny Hoothoot within the first hour of playing it, and was in shock. I was freaking out until I caught it, and it's still waiting in said game. xD:

Is it bad that I actually want a shiny Magikarp? Lol, unless they changed it, I liked how it was all gold. :3

Well I mean, I doubt they'd change the color schemes. Why go to the effort of making all those new sprites and trying to come up with new colors? It's not really worth the work.

You can always search the GTS for a foreign Ditto for the Masuda Method.

If you have a Ditto on hand, try offering it on the GTS, requesting for a Ditto in return. That's a good way to get a foreign one.
Plus, a lot of people put stupid trade requests on the GTS. At least now you can filter out Legendary pokemon in the search option, thank goodness!  Dx



Now I am a believer that tipping somehow effects Shiny rates or something. Ran into a Shiny Slugma in the Friend Safari. :o

I have a Japanese Ditto if you want  - I was looking through my boxes and saw that I had one.

I had heard that tipping effects shiny rates, but wasn't so sure aout that. It just seemed to be a freak/weird coincidence that I tipped in the LeWow restaraunt before I went to the Safari.
