If you use the Target Cartwheel app, there's a coupon under "toys" for MLP items through 10/31. It says you can use it on up to 4 items per transaction.

It says:

Love Target deals We used this last week and it took 10% off the blind bags. I'm still hoping/waiting for a sale on the PP purse and the glittery Wysteria.

LOL when I read the title... the first thing that came to my head was if you do a cartwheel in a Target they would give you 10% a pony item! xD I have never heard of that app!
