Here is my belated brag! (Sorry I'm a bit late, this week has been crazy! ) Enolaalone sent me an amazing box! I have barely had time for anything this week before I'm off running again, but I made time to open my box. Here is what I saw upon opening it. This just made me laugh! I love antique maps, so when I saw that my wrapping paper was road maps, it was just too perfect!

Boysenberry Pie! This girl is the most beautiful, perfectly perfect Boysenberry Pie I have EVER seen! She's amazing! And she's all mine!

Before I knew I just LOVED it! Check this out! It's a little box (I LOVE little boxes!) with a world map theme (something else I just adore) and steampunk gears! So this box is three things I love wrapped up into one tiny, wonderful package!

Oh yay! I'm so glad you liked it I knew you liked maps so I went a bit map crazy. Also I decided the Maoams don't really count as a gift, so you got 5 + candy

The ponies were all from one ebay seller, I was really lucky and they were all in such great condition, AND came with their combs. The little box came from a seller on etsy, I thought that maps and gears were the perfect combo!

Haha I know, they are all over the fridge. I can't bring myself to use the owl stickers though, they're too pretty

Sorry everyone! I was on a conference all week long (and will be attending another one this weekend) - hardly any time to sleep let alone log into the Arena! 


My partner was Mikeysgrrrl! Yep, that does mean that Dewprincess paired us together without either of us knowing ... sneaky! 


The box itself displayed a colourful array of customs stickers, since customs decided to grab it and tease me for a while, but here is what was hiding inside:

You nailed my favourite shades of blue and mint green! The photos were taken outside on my balcony ... although you cannot see it in the pictures, my balcony is the exact same colour as the mint green of the wrapping paper. (Yes, I chose that particular flat because of the colour of its balcony. )

In between heaps of protective pink tissue paper, I found this card. Again, Mikeysgrrrl has nailed some of my favourites: birds + flowers + my favourite colour scheme ... The card displays beautifully on my shelves!

By now you will all be able to guess what my favourite things are: birds and flowers. I had mentioned somewhere down the road (of swap questions) that I like vintage cards, and the ones Mikeysgrrrl chose for me are adorable.

Next came two duck combs in matching shades of blue and mint green! (Yes, more creatures with wings. I told you, I loved birds. What could be more appropriate than to collect duck combs? )

The ponies! In an early answer to a question about my wishlist, I mentioned that it would probably be nigh impossble to find a ZigZag without visible damage to her stripes. Lo and behold! I unwrapped a perfectly mint ZigZag! Isn't it fantastic? Baby Blossom is sporting my favourite shade of purple and some flowers as her symbol For some inexplicable reason, Fluttershy has been eluding me for months, I am happy to have finally been able to add her to my herd.
