Yeah, that's what I thought, but it depends o what they're made of... not every fakie is good for customizing

If these are like the other fakies that have surfaced, I don't like them for customizing. There are visible seams and weird letters on them--I'd rather have Hasbro-made ones, since they can be bought fairly cheaply on AliExpress.

It's like they picked random colors and random MLP art to make the boxes and then stuck the actual current logo on the box. Heck, even the art at the bottom got mostly recolored.

I have seen them shut down a plushie maker once, but they normally encourage fan stuff.

Also, as for them not doing anything it depends on where they are sold.  In China they can't do anything because China is exempt from international copyright law.  If a store was to import them and sell them in the US they could fine the store, and as they are using the trademarked name, they might, but it would take a lot of effort.  I actually think they would do it, as it would be a much easier case to proove than most fakies.  But they haven't been seen in the US, so it's a moot point.
