Since that one Discord is not GiD, my only want from this series is colored Fluttershy.

How is that discord going to fit in the box? He looks like twice the size of the ponies. Oh! Maybe you only get half in the box, then have to find the other half and snap them together!

Check your Hot Topic stores : my store just apparently put out the Wave 2 ones. Pickedup two  boxes/figures, will open when I get home, i really hope I got a Discord (my dumb self shook a few boxes until I found at least one that didnt "bounce" so much. xD

I saw 8 ponies sold for 16 dllrs from series 1 on ebay ! wow !
I will play " the wait patiently " buyer on these this time around ,until they are being sold for less, like it will obviously happen
it might be some time but it will happen, seeing some of the SDCC 2012 Pony also going for less than 50 lately  when i first saw them they were more than 100  in 2013
so not a "must have " item for me

Opened the two ones I got: black Trixie (my least liked MLP character), and show-accurate Fluttershy. xD:

That is true. I do find it funny that usually by the time I wait for the prices to drop, I either dont want it anymore (which isn't so bad, since it saves money) or it's the one everyone wants and hasnt dropped at all. xD
I dunno, I guess I am a tad impatient when it comes to something I really want. It's why I try to not do blind bags/boxes in gerenal.

Thanks! I was shocked (and a mild "...Are you Kidding me?!" xD:) when I opened them up. FS was actually the first box I opened, but Trixie was the first I took out of the black bag they are in.
I am partially tempted to go back there Monday (or tomorrow after work) and grab another box or two.

My hot topic got them in too! I'm annoyed that they went up a dollar. But that aside, I got show accurate Discord (YAY!!) and show accurate Twilight.

And I'm not talking about the Hot Topic exclusive box of series 1. Just a regular series 1. There were no Hot Topic exclusive ponies picture on the sides of the boxes. ...I guess they ordered a regular box from somewhere when they ran out of Hot Topic exclusive boxes...?

Quite a few up on eBay for more reasonable prices than my local HT, so I'll probably be snagging the very few I want from there
