I do feel like the name came too sudenly, to have been used without being at least considered in secret before, not online.  How do we know that people didn't personally use the term before?

Also if this is offended anyone I appologise, I have a nostalgia attachment to this whole franchise, and I've been feeling a bit off these past few days.  So if I said the wrong thing, as I often do, I'm sorry.

I can assure you as well that no one associated with MLP referred to themselves as "brony" or "bronies" until FiM came along.  It's always been "Pony collectors" or if you go really far back, "My Little Pony Mommies", which was dubbed by Hasbro themselves as a marketing hook.  There was a whole jingle to match, which was played during commercials.

Back on topic, I have yet to see this episode (Toddlers screeching and parents freaking is not really my thing) but I might check it out just for the hilarity.  You have to take shows like this with a huge helping of salt though, since it's all played for the camera if not actually scripted.

They're not scripted, but I cant help feeling like the little girls who the cameras are focused on are automatically going to do better.

I actually snuck into one once It wasn't full glitz though so it wasnt as fun
