Can anyone help me find the Frosty Fun Pack?

I have been looking for the LPS Frosty fun pack #2428-2430.  I have not been able to find it on any ebay website or in any store.  The only country I know for sure it made it to is Canada.  Is there anyone who has seen this pack that may be able to help me track it down?

I don't believe they sell it nor have they sold it in the USA.
