Favorite anime??? (may contain spoilers, I guess.)

Hubby is a much bigger anime guru than I am, but I watch some with him (or ones that he's watched and thinks I'll enjoy).

Last year I watched Sword Art Online with him, and I enjoy the Studio Ghibli stuff (hubby's fav).
This year for Fan Expo I'm planning on cosplaying Kyoko from Madoka (hubby still hasn't decided his costume).

Man, we used to watch a ton of anime. Lately we seem to be having a hard time finding new titles to try that we like enough to keep watching. lol

My all-time favorite anime is Ergo Proxy.

Im not a true Anime-Fan, but I enjoy certain movies and series.
My favourites are the Studio Ghibli films with Princess Mononoke being my favourite of those. I alos enjoyed My Neighbor Totoro a lot and most of the others When it comes to Anime Series I think my favourite is Neon Genesis Evangelion (though I think I will never ever truly understand the full story lol).

Gosh, there are so many that I like.  My favorites include:
-Cowboy Bebop
-Durarara
-Samurai Champloo
-Fruits Basket
-Naruto (Kakashi...mmmmmm!)
-Tiger and Bunny
-Blood+ (I have so much love for Karl and Solomon, hehe)

I'm pretty much an otaku (yep, sadly I really mean that...), with 400+ titles seen so far and an apartment full of figures and plushies lol My favourites tend to be older titles though, like Pastel Yumi, Maison Ikkoku, Creamy Mami, Iga no Kabamaru, Idol Densetsu Eriko, Rose of Versailles, Kimagure Orange Road and Tokimeki Tonight, all of which I greatly recommend.
Newer shows I love to death, apart from the obvious like SM and CCS etc, are Onegai! My Melody, Ojamajo Doremi, Casshern Sins, and of course Slayers, which is my all time favourite series ever. Lina Inverse is perfection Xp
I'm also a bit weird I guess, because I either watch them "raw" or with subs, because dubs have horrified me ever since I heard the Swedish dub of Sailor Moon. Holy cow, that was an awful experience lmao

Sailormoon will always be my first anime favorite.    I typically like manga much more, though.  We don't often have the ability to watch subtitled stuff at my house and I HATE English dubs, no matter how good they are.

I'm not going to lie, I'm expecting a myriad of Naruto's and Bleach's. But, hey, whatever floats your boat, man.

I'm personally still an Inuyasha fan. I say 'still' because that one was my gateway drug in the world of Japanese cartoons. Although I don't really participate in creating and browsing fanworks for it any longer, it's still a very special franchise to me.

I also enjoy Cowboy Bebop, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Panty and Stocking with Garterbelt, and Dangan Ronpa!

My favorite anime is Bo-Bo-Bo because it makes absolutely no sense and cracks me up. My fave more serious anime would be Kimba the White Lion.

My favorite 2 would be Cowboy Bebop and The Slayers. They are about as different from each other as they can't get so I can't really choose between the two, but I love both to a near obsession level.
I also love Saint Tail, Ouran Highschool Host Club, Fruits Basket, Vampire Hunter D, Witch Hunter Robin, Lodoss War, Akira, old Pokemon and numerous others.
Oh and anything by Miyazaki but I feel those fit into a category all of their own.

Yu Yu Hakusho is my all-time fave. I used to have a domain name related to it and everything. It's also the only anime series where I have every episode on DVD

After that, Pokémon, Digimon and the original Yu-Gi-Oh! (this version, which most people have never seen since it never aired outside Japan).

Special mentions - Ouran Host Club, Kiba, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kaku, Super Mario Bros OVA.
