new kijiji finds

Amazing haul!! What a great find! Lately I only stumble upon 2-3 ponies in a lot. These are in great condition too for a kijiji purchase. Colour me impressed!

minamarie your post was so funny i lol very hard my sides hurt   

i must say i have been lucky with kijiji over the years but i have lost good lots to in the past.

i have placed most of the ones i got in my collection so now i got to get rid of the others, however the ones i took out of my collection are not as nice as the ones i put in.

so i am curious to see what i could get for the ones i will be selling soon, hopefully ebay will offer another free listing day so i can post them


i do have a question though, the daddy bright bouquets in the new lot is a very nice bright pink and would so be an upgrade BUT the tip of one ear is cut off. the one i have in my collection is very dirty and dark looking.  so... do i replace him? i am not sure how i feel having a better looking one with a cut ear

Personally, I'd keep the Daddy without the cut ear. Is he faded/discoloured, or just dirty? I had some really dirty G1s arrive recently, but they came up beautifully with a good scrub in bicarbonate of soda. It didn't take off any paint, just brought out the colours under the grime. Such a shame about other daddy's ear though!

tic tac toe he is dirty and dark looking. i have used water and soap on him but he did not get to much lighter. i will try the baking soad trick and see if that works.

it really bothers me when ponies have eye rubs and small cuts or nicks in them but otherwise look great

i am actualy feeling a little sad about upgrading my taf babies, i have had mine since they arrived through the mail in the 80's and feel bad about upgrading them

Why not keep both sets and have "twins" lol...that'ks what i did with my baby Cuddles! Takes up a little more space, but my original just has so many memories inside it
