Price Check on Brazil Bowtie (green, sitting) with some issues

Hey all,

I can't post pics since they aren't mine to post, but I am considering purchasing a Brazil sitting Bowtie.  There are some obvious issues, such as:

The mane has been trimmed by over an inch, and the hair is frizzy (as with most Brazilians)

There are chew marks on the feet and ears causing some missing plastic

There are "age spot" type marks on her body, which may or may not be removable. 

The seller is asking $600 for her, which seems high for a pony with an obvious haircut. But is it? Any nirvana experts who can chime in?

Personally I would say they are asking to much, yes she is very hard to find and commands a high price but those are some serious flaws she has, I think maddie sold her brasil sitting bowtie for about $250 and from memory its only major flaw was a hair cut and maybe missing symbols?

She is  not worth anywhere near $600 in that state. $250 maximum. 

I am going to move this over to Nirvana for you so you can get more advice from the experts

Well in very good condition i would estimate shes 400-700 depending on who is looking as with any nirvanas shes worth what a collector is willing to pay but id agree that price is high for a pony with chew marks/age spots.

I agree, $400+ for one in good condition, depending on how good and who is buying. 

One other thing:  Brazil ponies aren't usually prone to cancer/age spots, so I wonder if the marks are something else.

Hi I bought mine from a seller here. It had severe mane and tail cut, missing symbols some highlighter lipstick but her body was overall good. I paid 185 for her if that helps.

I bought her in excellent condition for $350. In the condition described I'd say $175-225... definitely not $600.
