I wana say that it's in part based on your friendship levels with them. Like, they have a higher chance of wanting to move if you have talked to them alot.

So jelly of you guys getting the pies! xD Hopefully I can get to a NZ sometime this week and try again. Still don't understand why I wasn't able to get the piein the first place.

Yeah me and my big brother were talking about it. I think there's a possibility when they are low...

but also when they are high. Kind of like a passive trick... They don't *really* want you to say "yes leave", and you get more points if you say stay.

I dunno, that's what I assume. But I read more then once that you can create a 2nd player, talk once, and then play daily talking to everyone but them. And that will help trigger them to move.

But what I don't understand is the TT way of 2 forward, 2 back-- and why that triggers moves.

Milky, if you don't get a pie-- you may have my 2nd one.

I think when you TT backwards, it counts as a day (no matter how far you go back), so maybe that causes something in the game to trigger the move out?
I know when I TT'd to try and get a villager out, I had only went one day forward, then one day back. And that caused Butch to ask if he can move.

And aww thanks, Bandit! I know some of my friends will be in town Tuesday and we were going to hit up a lot of malls, so some of them should have NZs for me to try again!
I really want to get the next NZ item as well - the Afternoon Tea Set, so i certainly want to get the NZ thing figured out.

Okay, so, Nookling Junction upgraded to T&T Mart today. I read in the ACNL guide that, when that happens, Dr. Shrunk will appear outside of your house with his petition. The thing is…he didn’t show up for me. Today is also the day of the Bug Off, so, obviously, that was overridden by the event. Tomorrow is Sunday, which means Joan will be coming and the fireworks festival will be on… My question is, will I see Dr. Shrunk on Monday then? Or am I pretty much screwed for getting Club LOL? X(

one per character, BUT you can make a new character (while you are at the zone), get the pie, save, delete that character, and so on.

@Panda: you should still have him show up by Monday at the latest. He may even be here tomorrow.
