No I heard from a re seller in the UK that is also a collector. She heard about this Pinkie but hadn't seen pics either.

Ooh, I love the tropical Pinkie Pie (like everyone else, apparently). Pinkie has never been my favorite pony (though she is pretty awesome in the show), since I'm not a fan of pink ponies, but I LOVE this one! Of course, though, as you can guess from my avatar, I generally like the tropical ponies.
