Can you help me identify these hamster toy things?

Found these cute little things at a thrift store and just had to get them, they were too cute to pass up. Anyone know what they are? Thanks for any help!

Hamtaro! I've never actually seen the show, but my sister used to watch it and sing the song all the time so it gets stuck in my head every now and then :lol:
