How to clean dirty factory marks on a G4?
« on: August 11, 2013, 01:27:46 PM »
Ugh! I swear I have a special talent for ending up with dirty G4's. Today I bought the Princess Cadance & Applejack set. Cadance is fine but poor Applejack's face is filthy. Any ideas on how to get rid of them? I've tried to usual warm water, soap and nail polish remover but it's not budging!
Thanks :D

Don't know if you have magic erasers there or not but they work wonders! And for really subborn spots I get a Q-tip and put some Goof off on it and lightly and carefully rub marks off. Good Luck!

I use nail varnish remover (the stuff with acetone in) and a cotton bud/Q-tip. You need to be careful though as it the acetone will also take off paint.

I don't have a magic marker but I think I'm going to get one soon as that will really help with cleaning up marks.

Already tried it but it didn't work :( I usually find nail polish remover good for removing marks though.
