Show me some alternate re-hairs - Thread II

I don't think it's so bad, just /really/ shows her head/body mismatch, but ya know - she's for my army so, she was a bait rescue!

I was able to fix Lemon Drops head-body mismatch with acetone. I just rubbed the body (it was darker than the head, just like yours) and I was able to "remove" the colour and in the end they were both same, lighter shade. I dont know why or how it happened, but I just know I was able to remove the "wrong" colour. You should try that! No guarantees that it will work, I havent been able to make it happen on any other ponies, but my Lemon Drop now looks pretty again.

I should definitely try it! She's just an army pony for me, so, I'm not as concerned with her condition but, she'd definitely be the one to try that with for sure! - How did you get into the symbol area, or did you just kind of go around it? Maybe I could just focus on the neck seam area and have her "fade" from light head to darker butt?

This is not the best picture because her hair hides most of the neck.. But her body was MUCH darker than her head. It was easy to see. I just wanted to try if I could remove some marker spots from her body, and realized the cotton I used turned yellow. I just kept rubbing her body with it, and all the "extra" colour came off and the body ended up the same colour as her head. It was weird, it almost felt like the colour had leaked out of the plastic or something, and made it look darker.

Preeeeeetttyyyyyy!  Saja, you've got such a great eye for colors!

Finally got around to uploading the quick snaps I did of Streaky, as well as a Gusty I whipped out earlier tonight!

(resized in photobucket, hopefully these aren't huge for long...:/)

Streaky (I may strip her paint off and make her into a custom... I'm not in love with the way the metallic paint came out.)
