Nothing really new but I love how she turned out. I've done some more but they are for private swaps so I can't post until they've been received...I can't wait :frolic:

Oh my Sunshine, what are the colors you used on Sundance's tail? I really like those.

Do you guys use a rehairing tool or the old fashion needle and thread? I use a needle and thread and having split a hole in a long time. The only time I've actually had them split is when I've removed the old hair sometimes the glue and the hair and blah rip a plug hole. It's frustration, but I dunno with my needle/thread I haven't had an issue with actually rehairing them despite a few ripped plugs here and there. Usually it's not a big enough crack to mess with the knots I make, and I kinda cross the plugs, so they don't come out anyway. ^.^

I wish I could tell you Maddie... the green I'm not sure what it's called, it's poly though - the purple is Sour Grapes and the blue (which is in the tail but doesn't show as much as I wanted it to) is Atomic Turquoise!

I actually really like Tickle as well - her colors were so odd but I desperately wanted to use Golden Goddess to bring out her feather symbol colors, so both the yellow stripe and orange stripe were blended with GG...

For me I use a rehair tool. I made it myself out of a hand drill that my fiance had purchased for model building at Hobby Lobby, same price as on the DollyHair website, and then I just make my own needles. I have no idea what size they are, I buy the cheap little Drizt circle of needles and pick out the ones I think I can use for rehairing... I haven't had many issues with splitting holes unless the pony I have is extremely soft, then I just am careful about how much hair I use in each plug. Sometimes though I think it's inevitable to split holes on some ponies though.

Gosh they're so pretty Saja, those wings are adorable!

I'm resharing some of my old flutter rehairs because I just gave them wings as well, all my wings of course are from Rhini :hearts: - but, these poor gals needed some new wings!
;)

So here's the revamped gals:

Yum Yum

I need a very small amount of full length Ultraviolet... if anyone has any they can sell me, I apparently have a giant hank that's cut extremely short and I can't use it. All I need is enough for 1/5th of an Adult G1 tail...

I'm being lazy so linking. Like I did before none of my rehairs are super extreme since I prefer to rehair the original colors, but I did do a few sort of different ones lately.

Childhood Cherry Treats in Water Nixie and Cherry Pie. The mane is two part blend Cherry and one part blend WN. I should blend the tails a bit more like I do the manes. Oh well!

I'm actually not sure I like this on her even if it matches her symbols.
here

This is the Wind Whistler I got from Radiance in the Halloween swap. She is deflocked and rehaired in a mane blend of bobby blue, wysteria and heart throb. I like her better than CT. Mane is evenly blended on this one

Maddie I just found you on FB, I obviously missed your FR  sorry! Even so, I can't see them :yikes: But I think they sound fantastic!

I have one gal finished and two more set out to do, and I got myself a Gusty so I can join the Rusty gang, as I've always wanted one...

But anyway, here's my newest Baby Moondancer who for some reason I want to call like "Crushed Velvet" :drunk: I dunno, something about the colors make me think of something fuzzy and soft and luxurious

I have a Baby Glory here who I hope to make her some sort of like counterpart... I dunno what colors yet. ;) And have two more on the docket, just need to sit down and do them...

Saja - I wanted to ask you, are you securing those wings you have in your flutters, or did you make them just like fit and stay somehow? I love how they make the flutters look like tiny dragonfly ponies :inlove:
