I know nothing about dolls... Madame Alexander...?

Okay I am such a dork here, I know NOTHING about dolls though I do lurk in the doll forums from time to time...

I have some very old "Madame Alexander" dolls... does anyone collect these or know where I might be able to find information on selling them?

Sorry if this isn't where I should post this, I just have no idea where to begin with these dolls...

Starting with the Doll Reference online site might be the way to go.  Link

I know that the Cissy dolls from this maker go for big money, but the smaller Wendy size dolls from the 1970s and later have fallen a lot in value.  Once you find what type of doll you have, I would check ebay for completed listings.  If you get a chance, please post pictures!
