Yeah their email doesn't work. But if you go to their site and click Contact Us, that works.

Haven't gotten my order yet, but trying to patiently wait... *crosses fingers*

Contact us has the same potential issues as emailing them.  They have some kind of glitch that makes peoples messages fail to arrive regardless of how you send it.  I know because I've tried both contact methods before I finally got a response back from them saying they hadn't received any messages from me.  From my experience if they haven't responded by the end of the second full business day after your message it probably didn't go through.  They have amazing customer service and respond quickly except for cases of the message glitch.

They gave a couple weeks for the delivery window to act as a buffer so I'm not worried that mine hasn't gone out yet.  If they post about supplies running low then I'll start worrying.

I got a notice from paypal that my package from them had shipped, this was yesterday morning.
